PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

 
Defective products

As consumers you have the legal rights currently in force pursuant to the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, with regard to the return of defective products and demands with regard to the loss incurred due to any omission on our part or improper performance of our obligations. The terms and conditions of the present contract do not affect your legal rights.

 

Defective products are considered to be the ones that do not comply with their production and packaging specifications and/or the reasonably expected safety in view of all special conditions and especially their appearance, their expected use and the time they were marketed.


 

A. Defective products returns

Customers are entitled to return the products, provided that within fourteen (14) calendar days of the product delivery they declare that the product is defective. The return-shipping cost shall burden AROMCA, after the receipt of the products and the relevant check, as foreseen below. Once the fourteen (14) day-period mentioned above has elapsed, the product is deemed to have been received in perfect condition and our company shall not accept its return and replacement. Once you have returned the defective product, you are entitled to request either its replacement with a new identical product, or a refund, which is made by means of the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. In case you paid for the ordered products on delivery (either in cash or through a POS system), AROMCA will refund you by depositing the sum in a bank account you have specified via the communication form of this website. It is important that your bank account data (Bank, IBAN, account number, account holder) are perfectly correct. You are requested to be accurate with regard to the abovementioned data. AROMCA shall not be liable in case you provided us with incorrect data.

 

The statement on defective product return is made in writing by sending a message via the special communication form of our website and AROMCA shall be obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the product return statement once it receives it. After the product has been received and checked AROMCA shall send a question asking you whether you wish the replacement of the defective product with an identical new one or you wish a refund of the amount of money you spent.


 

B. Wrong products returns

If the wrong products are shipped, due to our fault, the consumer-customer is entitled to return the wrong products received exclusively within fourteen (14) calendar days of the product delivery and the return cost is borne by AROMCA, which bears the obligation to send customers the correct products-merchandise ordered by them, after AROMCA has checked the perfect condition of the returned products. Customers shall keep the product in perfect condition, totally unused, its packaging shall be intact and it shall include the initial content and possible accompanying material (components, manuals etc.) Upon the return of wrong products to AROMCA you will be sent the correct products you ordered anew free of charge. The statement on wrong product return is made in writing by sending a message via the special communication form of our website and AROMCA shall be obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the product return statement once it receives it. After the product has been received and checked, AROMCA will send you the correct ordered products anew, without charging you again.

 

 

C. Returns of non-defective products – right of unjustified withdrawal and order cancellation by consumers

The cancellation or modification of your order is feasible when there is a “pending” indication in your order history. In this case you can cancel or modify your order by sending a message via the special communication form of our website

 

You can withdraw from the purchase contract and return non-defective products provided that:

 

The whole product is in perfect condition, has not been used and is in its original packaging along with any accompanying material (possible components, manuals etc.)

The packaging and the accompanying material (possible components, manuals etc.) are in their original perfect condition.

The withdrawal statement is made in writing by sending a message via the special communication form of our web page and AROMCA, as obliged, shall send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement once it receives it to the e-mail address specified by you.

The return request shall not be made after the elapse of the exclusive fourteen (14) calendar day deadline following the delivery date of the products of your order.

 

Once you have returned the non-defective product you have the option to either select another product from our wide range of products (paying an additional sum in case the new product is of higher value) or request a refund, made by the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. If you paid for the ordered products on delivery (either in cash/ or through a POS system), AROMCA will refund you by depositing the sum in a bank account you have specified via the communication form of this website. It is important that your bank account data (Bank, IBAN, account number, account holder) is perfectly correct. You are requested to be accurate with regard to the abovementioned data. AROMCA shall not be liable in case you provided us with incorrect data.

 

The product return is accepted only after consumers-customers have paid off all sums borne by AROMCA so as to ship them the product and the shipping cost to return the product. The shipping return from countries outside Greece is charged with 2 (two) euros in addition to the shipping cost.
 

In case customers-consumers opened the packaging or made use of the products, the products are instantly rendered and designated as used and withdrawal is impossible, given that products are originally sealed goods which, once the seal has been removed, are not fit for return; moreover, products are not fit for return for health and hygiene reasons, as expressly stated in provision, article 3ib, Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection.


 

Product return procedure applicable to all categories above (A,B,C)

In case you intend to return any product as mentioned above (A,B,C) you shall send an explicit notification-statement in writing via a message in the special communication form of our web page and AROMCA will answer and provide detailed instructions in writing on the return or change of the products you wish. In this case you will have to package the products carefully so as to avoid damage during shipping. You are solely responsible for any such damage. The products shall be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, as specified above, and the following address shall be written on the return package: AROMKA A.E.E., 6 Papadiamanti Street, Postal Code 144 52, Metamorfossi, Greece. We suggest that you return the product using a safe shipping method, that is, through the courier of your choice.

 

Attention: AROMCA will refund your money or replace returned products on condition that products have been returned to AROMCA in their original packaging and the delivery receipt and their integrity and completeness as well as possible order mistakes have been checked. After that, AROMCA will proceed with the refund process via the same payment method you used for the initial transaction or the change process and the shipping of products to you anew. In case you paid for the ordered products on delivery (either in cash/ or through a POS system), AROMCA will refund you by depositing the sum in a bank account you have specified via the communication form of this website. It is important that your bank account data (Bank, IBAN, account number, account holder) is perfectly correct. You are requested to be accurate with regard to the abovementioned data. AROMCA shall not be liable in case you provided us with incorrect data.

 

The cost of product return is borne exclusively by you as sender, unless the products have been labelled as defective or wrong. Only after the products have been returned to AROMCA, have been checked and actually characterized as defective or wrong will the company refund you the shipping cost you have paid. AROMCA refunds you in euro via the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. In case you paid for the products you ordered on delivery (either in cash/or through a POS system), you will be refunded your money by AROMCA through a deposit in a bank account you specified in the communication form of this website. It is important that your bank account data (Bank, IBAN, account number, account holder) is perfectly correct. You are requested to provide accurate data. AROMCA is not responsible in case you provide incorrect data. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a replacement of product or refund according to the abovementioned procedures and conditions is possible only with regard to ERRE DUE products purchased exclusively through the www.erreduemakeup.com website. Both the order and pick up process of all products available at the ERRE DUE website, and their return process (regardless of whether they are defective or wrong products, the withdrawal and cancellation of the order on part of the consumer), take place exclusively through the present ERRE DUE web site, according to what is specified in the relevant section and in no case is it made from or in physical points of sale and/or other websites that offer ERRE DUE products.
